Each apartment consists of four main rooms that support comfortable living: dining, living room, bedrooms, and kitchen. The extra space allows residents to be creative, play music, paint, sculpt, or simply withdraw to work or reflect. The space is designed so that it can be opened to the community for performance or exhibition events, on special days of the year. Light wells at the core of each apartment ensure that natural light enters into all rooms, especially the +1 space.
